Ben Dennis
Ben Dennis, a Senior at Hamilton Southeastern High School, is the fourth president of Bitwise Fellows. He is self taught in all areas of website creation, including Photoshop and web languages. Ben's goals are to deliver projects to clients on budget and on schedule. Ben hopes to refine his skills in the project management area and attain a more rounded background in the business world. Ben also brings the mobile aspect of website development to the table. He is planing on attending college for a technology & business degree.
Mikaylah Gross
Mikaylah, a senior at Westfield High school, is a web designer for the BitWise Fellows. She has skills in the languages of XHTML, CSS and PHP/MySQL and programs such as Dreamweaver and Photoshop. Her goal is to be able to create designs that are efficient, organized, and creative to fit the customer’s needs and desires. Along with being a fellow, Mikaylah teaches basic web design to students enrolled at her school, assists teachers interested in starting their own web sites, and takes online courses through IUPUI. Mikaylah is also a 2 year member and aspirations award winner of the National Center for Women in Information Technology, where women from across the country encourage young females to find their way into the technology field. In her future, she plans to dual major in Computer Information Technology and Graphic Design so she can either become a freelance web master or start her own firm.
Katie Percival
Katie Percival, a senior at Hamilton Southeastern High School, is a Web Designer for Bitwise. She has a very heavy art background, which influences her own web designs. She has experience in HTML, Photoshop and Dreamweaver, as well as programming languages, including C++, Java, and Visual Basic. She hopes to continue learning about web design, development and management with Bitwise. Although she hasn’t pinpointed exactly what she wants to study in college, she plans on furthering her programming skills, as well as her web development skills.
Nicholas Reynolds
Nicholas Reynolds is the senior web developer at Bitwise Fellows. He is a homeschooled Senior. Nick is self-taught in HTML and CSS language and has knowledge using C#, ASP, PHP, and SQL. Nick knows how to program websites using popular CMS (Content Management Systems) such as Joomla! and WordPress. He hopes to further his skills in the language of Python and Java. When not developing, Nicholas is heavily involved in 4-H and church youth group activities and also enjoys running and cycling. He is planning on majoring in Computer Information Technology in college and then get his masters degree in Digital Forensics.
Tanner Brumbarger
Tanner is the Vice President of BitWise Fellows and is currently a Junior at the Master's Study. He has been on staff with Fellows since February of 2011. He hopes to stay with Fellows throughout his High School life and gain as much understanding and experience in the business world as possible. He is undecided about his future at a University but he would like to study something in Business or Law.
Danielle Colucci
Danielle is working in Marketing and Sales for the BitWise Fellows and she is very excited! Meanwhile, she attends classes for her senior year at Northpoint Homeschool Classes. Since recently coming on board, Danielle hopes to partner alongside clients to help achieve their marketing dreams as well as gathering more clients for the BitWise Fellows. While working for the Fellows, she is trying to gain as much understanding about the business world as she hopes to one day go into that field. When she is not working, Danielle enjoys playing soccer, being with friends, and taking pictures. One day, she would love to combine her knowledge of photography and business to create a side photography business.
Stephen Broughton
Stephen Broughton is a junior at the International School of Indiana and is the youngest developer on the team. He is fluent in two and a half languages and is a self taught HTML, CSS, and PHP programmer. Stephen hopes to learn many new development skills while working at Bitwise Fellows. In his free time he enjoys playing music, learning about science and technology, and starting huge projects that never come to fruition. Stephen's greatest strength is his ability to combine his web development knowledge with his understanding of business operations.
