We are currently considering students for the role of Marketing Manager, Web Designer, and Web Developer at BitWise Fellows. Applications from talented Web developers are desired. Marketing Manager
- Representation of the Fellows in a professional business environment and attraction of prospective clients to the business.
- Development of an overall marketing strategy for BitWise Fellows
- Coordination of marketing campaigns and advertising efforts for the Fellows
- Attraction of new sales leads for BitWise Fellows
- Handoff of new leads to Fellows president for client meeting and proposal creation
Core Qualifications:

Designer
- Fluency in Photoshop (or Fireworks)
- Proficiency in Flash (not necessary, but desired)
- Ability to create visual mockups (sketching and digitally) of Web sites
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with other individuals
- A creative eye for (and experience in) color, layout, and general design aesthetics
Core Qualifications:

Developer
- Ability to build a site using HTML/XHTML and CSS
- Ability to build sites that work cross-browser
- Javascript knowledge or experience (a plus)
- ASP/ASP.NET knowledge or experience
- PHP knowledge/experience (not necessary, but desired)
