Fellows President:
Nathan Armbruster

Nathan Armbruster is a homeschooled senior who is the third president of the Bitwise Fellows. He wants to help the Fellows achieve new goals and continue to grow as a company. In terms of academics, Nathan is currently enrolled in an intensive beginning Spanish class at IUPUI, and he has enjoyed participating in debate in the past. Although he isn't sure where he plans to attend, Nathan is interested in studying business, marketing, or financial management in college. In his free time, he enjoys playing all sports, but especially basketball and golf. He plays on the Northwest Warriors basketball team in the winter, and participates in golf tournaments in the summer.

Marketing Manager:
Brock Bucher

Brock Bucher, a junior at the Masters Study, is a Junior Marketing Manager here at the Fellows. He was a member of Westfield Highs Schools A.C.T.S. program and Purdue Extension Board. He hopes to earn an experience and knowledge of the business world. He hopes to gain better communication skills and widen his business views for the future as well as create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere while striving for excellence and accountability at the Fellows.

Executive Sales and Project Manager:
Tanner Brumbarger

Tanner is a sophomore at the Master's Study. He has been on staff with Fellows since February 2011. He hopes to stay with Fellows throughout his High School life and gain as much understanding and experience in the business world as possible with the Fellows. He is undecided about his future at a University but he would like to study something in Business or Law.

Project Manager:
Ben Dennis

Ben Dennis, a junior at Hamilton Southeastern High School, is a web designer here at Bitwise Fellows. He is self taught in all areas of website creation, including Photoshop and web languages. Ben's goals are to interpret client visions in order to transform their ideas into both beautiful and functional websites. Ben hopes to refine his skills in the web design area and attain a more rounded background in the business world. Ben brings the mobile aspect of website development to the table. He is planing on attending college for a technology & business degree.

Web Designer:
Karson Kollmeyer

Karson Kollmeyer, a junior at Hamilton Southeastern High School in Fishers, is a web designer at BitWise Fellows. Karson is self-taught in Photoshop and other graphic design programs, and his strongest area is logo creation. He hopes to gain a higher level of experience as a designer with the Fellows, and his goal is to interpret clients' design concepts and successfully bring them to reality. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball or golf, and in the summer's he likes to water ski at his lake cottage. In the future, he intends to study business and technology at a University.

Web Designer:
Mikaylah Gross

Mikaylah, a junior at Westfield High school, is a web designer for the BitWise Fellows. She is self- taught in XHTML, CSS, Javascript, and also Photoshop and Illustrator. Along being a fellow, she teaches basic web design to students enrolled at her school, assists teachers interested in starting their own web sites, and takes online web design courses through IUPUI. Mikaylah’s goal is to be able to create designs that are efficient, organized, and creative to fit the customer’s needs and desires. She hopes to be able to connect what she has taught herself and what she had acquired in the classroom with the business world. In her future, she plans to attend college and receive a Bachelor in Computer Science and eventually start her own designing firm.

Senior Web Developer:
Nicholas Reynolds

Nicholas Reynolds is a web developer at Bitwise Fellows. He is a homeschooled junior. Nick is self-taught in HTML and CSS language and has knowledge using C#, ASP, PHP, and ASP.NET. He also has experience using Adobe Flash. Nick knows how to program websites using popular CMS (Content Management Systems) such as Joomla! and WordPress. He hopes to further his skills in the language of Java and MySQL. When not developing, Nicholas is heavily involved in 4-H and church youth group activities and also enjoys running and cycling. He is planning on majoring in Computer Science in college.

Web Developer:
Zachary Reynolds

Zachary Reynolds, a homeschooled senior, is a web developer here at the Fellows. He is self-taught in XHTML and CSS and is motivated to further his knowledge of both client side and server side scripting languages, such as JavaScript and PHP. His goals as a member of the Fellows are to gain experience working in a professional business environment and to develop his teamwork skills. Zachary hopes to pursue a career in engineering, where calculus and physics play essential roles. In between work and academics, he serves as president of his local 4-H club and secretary of his National Homeschool Honor Society chapter.
